Cancellation policy

CamperJimny applies a Moderate cancellation plan. The percentages below show what is retained from the rental fee. The security deposit is always refunded in full when a booking is cancelled.

• More than 24 weeks before pickup: 10% retained · 90% refund
• Between 10 and 24 weeks before pickup: 15% retained · 85% refund
• Within 10 weeks of pickup: 15% retained · 85% refund
• Within 6 weeks of pickup: 25% retained · 75% refund
• Within 2 weeks of pickup: 40% retained · 60% refund
• Within 1 week of pickup: 70% retained · 30% refund
• Within 1 day of pickup: 100% retained · No refund

We strongly recommend travel insurance for unexpected events. If your trip is cancelled due to a documented flight or ferry disruption, contact us — we work case-by-case.
