Cancellation policy
The percentages below show what is retained from the rental fee when a booking is cancelled. The security deposit is always refunded in full.
- More than 30 days before pickup: 30% retained · 70% refund
- 30 to 15 days before pickup: 50% retained · 50% refund
- 15 to 5 days before pickup: 75% retained · 25% refund
- 5 days or less before pickup: 100% retained · No refund
If the cancellation is due to health issues or another force-majeure event — such as flight cancellations or natural events — contact us: we can set the standard policy aside and look for new dates together, depending on the season and availability. We also recommend travel insurance for unexpected events.
